Career Award for Karim Ouelhaj
On March 9, at the Fantasporto ceremony, Karim Ouelhaj was honored with the 2024 Career Award by Mario Dorminsky.
The award followed a retrospective of the director’s work at this 44th edition of the festival.
Last year, Karim Ouelhaj’s Megalomaniac won 3 awards in Porto: Best Film, Best Director and Best Actress (Éline Schumacher).
Okayss producer Florence Saâdi was a member of the jury for the fantasy selection at this year’s event.
