Spain, 1755.
A young woman is sent to a cloistered monastery in which several novices suffer a strange blood desease. An unconventional Franciscan looks into these unsettling events. Everything seems to lead to an ancient tale that the new Enlightenment society would rather keep out of sight. A bloodthirsty upire seems to have infiltrated the monastery.

Espagne, 1755.
Une jeune femme est envoyée dans un monastère cloîtré où plusieurs novices souffrent d’une étrange maladie du sang. Un franciscain peu conventionnel se penche sur ces événements troublants. Tout semble mener à une histoire ancienne que la nouvelle société des Lumières préférerait garder à l’écart. Un “upire” sanguinaire semble avoir infiltré le monastère.
